Despite worries about the weather we yet again had a glorious day. Stuart Vick from Wrotham Fireworks Committee, Paula Manklow and Fran Ashby from the Drop-in Centre, and Nick Waller all pitched in to do the cooking. We again cleared about 100 burgers/hotdogs, which gives an idea of numbers.
This years comp had an infusion of extra cash from Wrotham Fireworks, so good cash prizes were available, instead of the normal shareout of the £2 booking fees.
